Wedding Day Management, also known as Day of Coordination, is a service perfect for the couple who has planned their perfect day and wants to sit back and enjoy the rest of it!

Pricing begins at $2,400

What is included in our Wedding Management package?

Our team at It's the Little Things Events commit their days leading up to your wedding to making sure there isn't a hair out of place, making arrangements in a timely and precise way. Our Day-of Coordination package includes, but is not limited to:

Services
Prior to the Wedding

  • Access to our online wedding planning portal from the second you sign your contract

  • 3 consultations prior to wedding

    • Initial Consultation

    • Timeline Creation Meeting

    • Venue Walkthrough

  • Unlimited consultations via email

  • Timeline creation and coordination of vendors

  • Provide guidance for guest seating accommodations and execution

  • Attendance/management of rehearsal dinner

  • Collection of items at rehearsal dinner to transport them to wedding venue

  • Provide vendor referrals upon request for all categories

  • Access to use our ancillary decor (easels, card boxes, table numbers, bud vases, etc.)

Services
On Wedding Day

  • 1 wedding coordinator + 1 assistant onsite for 12 hours

  • Set up and tear down of any personal décor items items

  • Agreed upon timeline will be executed

  • Facilitate the flow of your wedding day timeline including key events like:

    • Ceremony​

    • Dances

    • Blessings + Toasts

  • Point of contact for all vendors, family, and bridal party

  • Coordinate and accommodate guests

  • Pampering you and your wedding party throughout the day

  • Distribution of final payments & tips to vendors

  • Full access to our wedding day emergency kit
